Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE Standard Shipping, to most countries in the world. *For countries outside Europe, your order needs to exceed £24 to qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders sent with our free standard shipping option are sent via regular post. These orders are generally untracked and won’t have tracking numbers available to view your parcel as it makes its way to you. If you receive free shipping and later choose to return your items, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.
For orders needing faster delivery, we do offer Priority Shipping for most countries, for an additional fee. The speed, cost, and courier will vary depending on the location. Orders sent with our Express shipping option usually include tracking and a tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank holidays). We aim to process and despatch orders as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times such as Christmas. We accept no liability for postal delays. Please also note that we do not deliver to PO boxes
You are welcome to return any of our items within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided your return your items to us in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
To send a return:
Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to Showerella Returns, 6/131 Beulah Road, Surrey CR7 8SJ, with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note.
Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. We will send you a refund for the original cost of the item. We do not offer exchanges. If you received free shipping on your item, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have purchased items on clearance or at a sale price, no refunds will be given unless the item is faulty. This also applies to custom-made items, special order items, pre-ordered items and items sold by our partners. If you believe your item is faulty please contact us: [email protected] for advice. We will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) items that are considered faulty, according to our obligation by law.
