Is Showerella a charity?
No, we’re not a charity. We are a regular company that uses business and design as a force for good. In the past, companies had to choose between making as much money as possible (corporates) and making the world a better place (charities). We created Showerella as a ‘give-back’ celebrations company that does both.

Our focus is on tackling harmful practices such as forced or early marriage, FGM and modern slavery because these practices disproportionately affect girls and can severely limit their potential. Discrimination has no boundaries, so we support projects both in the UK and internationally.
Can I find out what project my purchase has helped?
How many games should I get for my baby / bridal shower?
There is no set rule. But having 2 games to play + a third backup, for variety, is a good idea. You could always return a game if you never get round to opening it.
How many games will I need for a hen party?
Games are the best way to break the ice at a party and get all your ladies talking. Although there is no set rule, we recommend getting two games – one to play and another as a backup, to make sure things don’t get stale. You can always return a game if you never get round to opening it.
How long will each game last?
Our games are designed for maximum fun. With so much laughter and delight going on, it could take between 1 and 2 hrs to play all 45 cards. There is no need to force yourself to play all 45 cards, if your party group is small. Just go with the flow and have fun!
How do I access the nursery rhyme playlist for “Rock-a-Bye Sketch?
We no longer issue a playlist with the Rock-a-Bye Sketch baby shower game. For previous games, your QR code will be inside the game instruction card. Scan this code using your phone, tablet to access the playlist. You can download free QR code reader apps for your phone.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to make a purchase with us. However, creating an account allows you to store addresses to save time in the future, track the status of your order, view your order history, and create and save a wishlist.
How can I Cancel or Amend My Order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended online. You cannot add a promo / coupon code after your order has been placed. However, if you would like to change your shipping address, add/replace items or cancel items, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible to let us know or leave us a voicemail on +44 203-475-5747. We are unable to redirect or amend orders once they have been dispatched.
How do I Track my Order?
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. Showerella delivers to over 60 destinations. If your country is not available during the checkout, it means we do not currently ship there. However, drop us an email and we’ll try to arrange something for you.
Will I be liable for International Duties or VAT?
Whilst we offer free shipping worldwide, we are not responsible for additional duty, taxes, VAT or other fees associated with receiving orders from the UK. These fees are determined by individual country and are out of our control. We do make every effort to avoid unnecessary fees with proper customs forms and tariff codes.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We offer Standard and Express shipping to all destinations. Unless otherwise stated, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Delivery times varies by location and shipping method – see our Shipping and Returns page for estimate delivery times.
Can I use a P.O. Box (Mailbox) as my billing/shipping address?
In the interest of security, we are unable to accept orders which use a mail box address as shipping or billing address.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron, American Express and Paypal. Payments cannot be made by cash or cheque.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
All credit card transactions on Showerella.com are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any information that you send us. We use encryption to safeguard your credit card information and only accept orders from web browsers that permit communication through SSL technology – this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version three support this security.
How Can I Return a Product?
You are welcome to return any of our items within 7 days of receipt. Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to Showerella Returns, 6/131 Beulah Road, Surrey CR7 8SJ, with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Please see our Returns page for full details.
Will I be refunded my shipping fee for returns?
You will need to cover the costs of returning your item to us. We recommend that you request a (typically free) proof of postage receipt, in case of loss and postal delays. Please also note that if you received free shipping on your item, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.
